The Taylorville Police Department reported the following to Regional Radio News;
46 year old Richard C. Shivers of Taylorville was arrested on Monday for disorderly conduct.
The TPD responded to a vehicle crash on the morning of April 17th. Shawn M. Mcquire of Moweaqua struck a deer driving south on Route 48 near Cherokee Street. No injuries were reported.
